The norynx smart ring works with iOS 11 or later and Android 8 or later devices. Data syncs seamlessly through the norynx app via Bluetooth
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required. All core features are available with a one-time purchase.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life lasts up to 5–7 days on a single charge, depending on usage.
How do I charge the smart ring?
The ring charges using the included magnetic charging dock. A full charge takes approximately 60–90 minutes.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our ring size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days for the U.S. and Europe, and 10–15 business days for other regions.
